Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the services you buy from We Made It Marketing, a division of We Made It Inc. (“we,” “us”). Using the site or starting a plan with us means you agree to them.
What we do
We build and host websites and manage local marketing — Google Business Profile work, reviews, rank tracking, and the monthly report that shows you what happened. What is included in your plan is whatever we put in writing in your proposal or invoice.
Billing
- Plans are month to month unless your proposal says otherwise. There is no long-term contract.
- Monthly plans bill on the same day each month; yearly plans bill once a year. Prices are in US dollars, and Tennessee sales tax is added where it applies.
- If a payment fails we will tell you before anything stops. We do not quietly shut a site off.
- Cancel any time. Tell us and we stop billing at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Your domain and your site
If we buy your domain name, we pay for it and hold it in our registrar account while we work together — it is never an add-on on your bill. If you leave, we hand the domain to you free. No fee, no argument. Your content, your photos, and your business information are yours, and you can take a copy with you.
What we need from you
- Accurate business information — name, address, hours, services, and the phone number you want calls on.
- The right to use anything you send us. Do not send us photos, logos, or text that belong to someone else.
- Access where the work needs it, such as your Google Business Profile or an existing website.
Results
We report real numbers from Google and from your own phone and forms, and we do not inflate them. We cannot promise a specific ranking, a number of calls, or a dollar figure — nobody honestly can, because Google decides what ranks. What we promise is the work, done every month, and a report you can check it against.
Reviews
We help you ask happy customers for reviews. We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, or filter out unhappy ones, and we will not help anyone do it. Google forbids it and it eventually costs the business its listing.
Third-party services
Some of what we deliver relies on services we do not control — Google, your domain registrar, your host, call tracking, and payment processing. If one of them changes its rules or goes down, we work around it as fast as we can, but we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.
Liability
We do our work carefully, but we provide it “as is.” If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the updated date at the top changes with them. If a change affects what you pay or what you get, we will tell you directly rather than leaving you to find it here.
